Welcome to Laminar Flow Art

I am a landscape artist with watercolor as my medium.

I have been an artist my entire life, but it was not until 2018 that my creative and constant desire to paint from sun up to sundown began. That is when I learned that the flow of the paint in the water on the canvass was the magic for art to flow through me. I have also discovered that any mess I can get into, can be corrected with more water, color and movement.

The landscapes in my mind lead me to adventure on a rocky mountain path that I would love to climb. Or to sit on the shoreline of a mountain lake enjoying flowers and sunrise and sunset. The moon, ocean and mountains inspire the endless possibilities to create color, shape, perception of light to be realized on canvass.

My art does not live unless I bring it to canvass and I can’t wait to paint again.
